Soul Print Casting Co is based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, and specialises in creating life castings for every stage of life, capturing your life story.
From newborn baby toes, to newly engaged couples, to a whole family holding hands, there are many different styles of casting to suit the moment you are wanting to capture forever.
Hanna is a mama to two who is also specialises in newborn photography at Lullaby Photography. Hanna fell in love with casting after experimenting with offering them as the perfect add-on to photo shoots.
After learning from the UK's best casting trainer, Lucy at Lumilo Casting Studios, Hanna decided to create a sister business, and that is when Soul Print Casting Co was born.
what to expect
THE CASTING PROCESS
To make your beautiful casts, I use alginate which requires around 45 seconds to set. Alginate is a safe material derived from seaweed that dentists use to make impressions of your teeth when having dental work.
Once the alginate has set to a hard, rubbery consistency, I remove the foot or hand we are casting carefully to be left with your mould. Once you leave the appointment I fill the mould with stone and the process begins!
